RECOGNITION- The Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC) has announced Aaron Ritsig, who works locally as a government contracting specialist at the Northwest Commission in Oil City, has achieved certification as a certified procurement professional. APTAC's CPP designation signifies extensive knowledge and experience in the wide range of subject areas required to provide comprehensive and effective assistance to businesses interested in government contracting. He was required to complete over 85 hours of training and demonstrate capability in 34 topics to be eligible for certification.
