Your REN partner serves as the gateway to Pennsylvania’s Authorized Trade Representatives (ATRs). Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development’s Office of International Business Development (OIBD) contracts with 13 Authorized Trade Representatives covering 44 markets.
